About us

A Nottinghamshire broker built on a simple idea: the people arranging your cover and the people helping with an incident should be working from the same information.

Our story

Clipboard with an insurer follow-up checklist: report submitted, photos provided, claim under review

Gareth Noble started Fleet Incident Management in September 2018, after working with commercial motor enquiries and claims administration.

He had seen small operators struggle when the people arranging their cover held different information from the people reporting their incidents.

So the business began simply: a straightforward vehicle schedule and a single contact for policy-related questions. That approach still shapes everything we do.

How we work

  • Built for small fleets

We’ve kept our focus on operators of small commercial fleets since 2018, combining motor fleet cover with practical incident support.

  • One consistent record

We help you prepare vehicle and driver information and keep it consistent as your fleet changes, so cover and incident records match.

  • A named contact

Someone who knows your fleet stays available for routine policy changes and renewal preparation.

  • Clear about our role

We don’t decide claims, guarantee settlement or provide legal representation. Claims follow the insurer’s process and your policy wording.
